Describe what happened and under what circumstances the problem was noticed. If possible, include steps to reproduce, possible impact, signs of active exploitation, the time of the event, and information about suspicious activity or a potential threat actor. Logs, error messages, IP addresses, file names, photos, screenshots or other technical evidence may also be helpful.

Providing contact details is voluntary. If provided, they will be used only to handle the report and to communicate about it. In the case of an anonymous report, the inability to contact the reporting person may limit or prevent a complete analysis of the report.
